If you feel you want to return your Kucoon product, we will be happy to assist – just email us at info@kucoon.co.uk with your order number and we will arrange your return and refund no problem (less delivery charges). Returns will be accepted within and up to 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return unless it is faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original delivery will be deducted.

We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery as you will need proof of posting in the event of postal delay or loss.

Each item has been quality checked and made to the highest standard. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please email info@kucoon.co.uk and we will be happy to offer a full refund or a replacement item if it is available. You have 30 days from receipt date to return the faulty item to us and we’ll take it from there.
